• Wisconsin Dept. of Justice CCL application

  This is the WI DOJ CCL application. After you complete your free WCI training class, you will be issued a certificate from WCI. You must print, fill out, and mail this application to the Wisconsin Dept. Of Justice along with a photocopy of your class certificate to receive your Concealed Carry License. DO NOT mail this application to WCI. Instructions are on the application. Wisconsin DOJ charges $40 for your application fee.
